Transaction

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased or that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Wholesale Only

Onyxdesignstudio.com is a B2B E-Commerce wholesaler and manufacturer which offer free shipping worldwide with minimum order amount of USD 1000 or equal to other currencies.

Deposit

We require a 40% deposit for wholesale orders above USD 3000.

 Reminder is due upon completion of wholesale order prior to shipping. Please note Onyx Design Studio requires full payment prior to shipping

1. PayPal

We are fully PayPal verified so you can always shop with peace of mind.

Please note that the payment method by PayPal is available for orders until USD 3000. Payments/deposits over USD 3000  are payed trough wire transfer.

2. Credit Card

Buyers can pay securely by Credit Card/Debit Card via PayPal.

Note: You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:
you can choose the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

3. Wire Transfer

We accept Wire Transfer payment in USD, EUR and IDR currency, please contact us for more details.

For orders which exceed USD 3000 is required the 40% deposit and full payment before the order is shipped.

Note: After you pay through wired transfer, please send us the info or the proof of the transaction.

Shipping Methods

Onyx Design Studio offers you a free shipping worldwide. And to ensure the secure delivery of your order, Onyx Design Studio does not ship orders to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. The following choices will be presented during checkout for shipping within Indonesia. JNE /TIKI / POST takes 1-5 business days. And the following choice will be presented during checkout for International Shipping. Fed Ex / UPS takes 2 -5 business days. Most international shipping are subject to tariffs/duties to be paid by the customer. Customers will be held responsible for any restrictions with their country’s international shipping policies. We highly recommend researching the details for the most current and up-to-date restrictions before placing an order as the customer will be held. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we aim to deliver product(s) to you, to the delivery address you have requested in your order within the time frame given but we cannot give an exact delivery date. We are not responsible for direct or indirect losses which occur and which are not foreseeable by you and us, including but not limited to: loss of income or revenue loss of business loss of profits or contracts loss of anticipated savings Subject to the paragraph above, we are not responsible for any delay in, or failure of, performance of our obligations under these terms arising from any cause beyond our reasonable control including any of the following: act of God, governmental act, war, fire, flood, explosion or civil commotion, failure in information technology or telecommunications services, failure of a third party (including failure to supply data) and industrial action.

Order Processing

Our handling time is 1-12 business days after your payment has been confirmed. We will perform strict quality control on the products and carefully package your items. Please note that most of our product is MADE TO ORDER. For large quantity orders, it may take up to 1-45 business days.

Return Process

1) Please email us at info@onyxdesignstudio.com for the items you’d like to return with your full name, email address, and order number.

2) Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges and shall assume all risk of loss or damage to product while in transit to us. We recommend that you use a traceable method of shipping for your protection.

3) Once your return is received into our system, you will receive a confirmation email. Your return must be inspected by our quality assurance team. Please allow 2-4 business days for this process. If there are any questions regarding your return, we will contact you. Once inspection is complete, your return will be fully processed.

4) Credit Card and PayPal purchases will be refunded against the credit card or account used on the original purchase. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the date that we have received your return for your account to be credited.
